The Company operates through the website “http://www.e5globaltrade.co” and is located at “Küçükbakkalköy Mahallesi Dereboyu Caddesi R5 Blok No:3A İç Kapı No:48 Ataşehir/İSTANBUL.” It processes your personal data, including financial, communication, transaction security, identity, location, professional experience, customer transaction, and marketing data, as a data controller within the scope of KVKK.

II- Purpose of Processing Personal Data

III- To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be shared with: - Authorized public institutions and organizations for fulfilling legal obligations, - Our suppliers, such as legal and accounting offices, for managing purchasing/sales processes of goods/services, communication, logistics, finance, accounting, and legal affairs, - Our web service suppliers for executing customer relationship management, marketing analysis, supply chain, and product/service marketing processes. Additionally, with your consent while registering on our website, your GPS data may be recorded through our website. Apart from location data, no other personal data of visitors is processed in this context.

V- Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK titled “Rights of the Data Subject,” you may submit your requests regarding your rights by completing all the required information in the Application Form in accordance with Article 11 and the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller by:

• Sending a written request via notary or registered mail to verify your identity and avoid disclosure to the wrong person,

Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set forth in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
